Sega has confirmed that the new "Alien: Isolation" DLC called "Lost Contact" is now available for download for the PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
Gameranx has reported that Sega revealed the contents of the "Alien: Isolation" DLC "Lost Contact" in a press release and it says that:
"The DLC is set to include a new Salvage Challenge into the game's survivor Mode, which pits players against an increasingly difficult series of 10 challenges on a new map featuring some of the game's most difficult enemies. "
"In Lost Contact, players are stranded on a remote section of the space station and have, as the name suggests, lost contact with the rest of the crew. Playing the role of Axel, players must navigate through the maze-like corridors and crawl spaces of the map to survive against a host of scary things."
"Lost Contact gives players with only one life, while each challenge offers a new objective and enemy type. Once a challenge is completed, players are awarded points and reward unlocks. Players can then decide whether to trade their points for a save slot at the expense of their final score on the game's leaderboards."
"Alien: Isolation" has been a hit among gamers as reviews are mostly positive and the devs confirmed that the game has sold a million copies since January 2015.
PC Gamer gave the game a 93/100 score and said that, "The game the Alien series has always deserved. A deep, fun stealth game set in an evocatively realised sci-fi world."
