As was listed down by the Phone Arena, The Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has a 6 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and 373 ppi while the Google Nexus 6 comes with a Corning Gorilla glass 3 protected, 6 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 and 493 ppi.

In terms of the hardware and operating system, the Huawei Ascened Mate 7 runs on an Android 4.4 Emotion 3.0 UI OS and runs on a HiSilicon Kirin 925 system chip that's powered by an 8 core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. The Google Nexus 6 runs on an Android 5.0 OS and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 APQ8084 system chip that's powered by a quad core processor that's clocked at 2.7 GHz.

Both smartphones have the same system memory of 3072 MB RAM but the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has 32 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 128 GB while the Google Nexus 6 has an internal memory of 64 GB that can also be expanded up to 128 GB via Memory Card.

The Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Its camera has autofocus, face detection, digital zoom and other photography tools. The Google Nexus 6 has a 2MP front camera and a 13MP camera at the back. Its camera has a dual LED flash, digital zoom, high dynamic range mode, panorama and other photography tools.

The Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has a battery capacity 4100 mAh while the Google Nexus 6 has a 3220 mAh battery.

When it comes to the price, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7's price is at $450 while the Google Nexus 6 costs around $649.
