The Royals are catching up on social media by posting their private photos on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Prince Andrew is the first to post a family picture on Facebook. He was also the first to share his selfie on Twitter.

"A family photo before we join the guests at my brother and sister-in-law's joint Birthday Reception at Buckingham Palace, to recognize the important work with their many organizations," Prince Andrew wrote in the photo's caption.

Prince Andrew was recently charged in the "sex slave scandal." He was also charged with child abuse after a 17-year-old from the U.S. brought up the allegations. In the U.S., 17 is considered to be a minor while the same age allows a person to be a consenting adult in the UK.

Prince Andrew had denied all the charges against him at the recent World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, since the high profile case is linked to an alleged "sex slave ring" that caters to the rich in the U.S. and elsewhere.

"I wish to reiterate and reaffirm the statement already made by Buckingham Palace," he said, adding, "My focus is my work."

Sarah Ferguson, Prince Andrew's ex-wife denied the allegations too, calling it a "defamation of character" while appearing on the Today Show.

"I will not have one word said about him on any level" she said of her former husband. "I want to stand by him, because I know what it feels like to have salacious lies made up about you."

Ferguson continued to say, that the Prince is "a great father and humongously good man."
