Actor Kim Si Hoo will play the lead role in the movie “Girl.”

According to SM C&C, the actor will play Yoon Soo, a tormented boy who claims he was responsible for the suicide of his friend. His parents decided to send him to Gangwon-do village, where he will meet Hae Won (Woori) and will fall in love with her.

“Girl” is about a girl HaeWon (Woori) who has been living in the Gangwon-do Mountain, alone with her mental disabled father since she was 10 years old. She will fall in love with a boy, who will make her a victim.

On his casting news, he commented, “When I read the scrip, I was really into the story. I felt bad for both Yoon Soo and Hae Won. So I decided to be part of this project.”

Actor Kim Si Hoo have been in dramas like “Love Rain,” and “Formidable Rivals” and in movie like “Sunny,” and "My Way."
