Victoria's Secret model Nina Agdal showed off her toned body at the beach, as she engages in a lot of PDA with boyfriend Reid Heidenry.

The 22-year-old model was spotted Saturday at the Model Beach Volleyball Tournament in Miami Beach, Florida. She also proved to be quite a dynamo as she just came from a spinning class before heading off to spend time with her co-models.

"Dark blonde hair falling straight and loose down her back, Nina chose to stick with a natural look during her playtime," Daily Mail said. "Any makeup she wore was blended to the point of invisibility on Nina's tanned face."

Victoria's Secret model Nina Agdal was wearing short Daisy dukes that were too short that "jeans' pockets hung below the frayed hemline.

"While she had a purple and pink bikini top on, Nina mostly kept that bathing attire covered with a loose and white, V-neck camisole," the British publication said. "Bare-legged to the ankle, Nina kept her feet safe from hot pavement and fallen beer bottles in black Converse trainers decorated with white flowers."

In an interview with Esquire, she said that her first trip to America was in Boca Raton in Palm Beach, Florida which she described as a "weird place."

"Thank God it was spring break, so there were a lot of young people there, but that's not where you go with your parents when you're 18 years old," she said.

The Sports Illustrated model also said that she's not splashing on her apartment.

"I decided to live really close to Penn Station and the Long Island Rail Road. And they have an indoor basketball court in my building, so whenever I'm here I play almost every day," she said.

As for her musical tastes, Victoria's Secret model Nina Agdal said, "I'm in a Rihanna and Justin Timberlake mood right now. The Fray is my favorite band in the world probably, and I love a Danish band called Dune. It all depends on my mood."
