With the Los Angeles Lakers on a tailspin, Jeremy Lin is fighting his own demons to bring Linsanity back to Hollywood with little success. At least, he has the support of Iggy Azalea's boyfriend, Nick Young, who suggested that he tweak his game a bit.

"It's tough," Nick Young told LA Daily News "He's expected to live up to 'Linsanity.'"

The boyfriend of Iggy Azalea, who is struggling to get back to form himself after suffering an injury, said that Jeremy Lin trying to bring Linsanity to the purple and gold is a "lot of pressure."

"But he can't let everything get to him. Everything he does, he's singled out more than anybody," he added.

Instead, Nick Young suggested that Jeremy Lin should stop overanalyzing his up and down season and focus on one thing-dishing to his teammates.

"I know it's his contract year, but he could've focused on passing a little bit more," Iggy Azalea's boyfriend said. "Especially when Kobe was out there, [Jeremy] needed to drop dimes."

Carlos Boozer also said that Jeremy Lin should forget Linsanity for a moment and just play.

"He's got so much talent, so much speed and so much quickness," the former Chicago Bull told the publication. "He plays the point guard position so he got me in his ear. He's got Kobe in his ear. He's got 'Swaggy' in his ear. He's got Byron in his ear. He's got a lot to handle. But he's up to the challenge."

For his part, Jeremy Lin said that his initial expectations when traded to the Los Angeles Lakers

"were very different than what happened."

"I was hoping to compete for a playoff spot and we would have guys healthy. But it looks very different than it is right now," he added. "There are adjustments that could've been made everywhere from everybody's standpoint."

SB Nation reported that Jeremy Lin is at the crossroads of his career, and when everybody expected that he would revive his Linsanity years with Los Angeles Lakers, that didn't happen.

"Lin doesn't seem to be in the Lakers' long-term plans; he's on an expiring contract and is now clashing publicly with the coach," the article said. "Lin is still only 26 years old and should get another shot from someone."
