Actor Yoo Ah In casts in upcoming SBS drama “"Jang Ok Jung, Live for Love"
On January 22nd, a SBS representative confirmed that the actor have decided to star in the drama.
According to the representative, Yoo Ah In will play the role of King Sukjong, who was known for being indecisive and weak, but in this drama, King Sukjong will be a romanticist and charming man.
In real life, King Sukjong was younger that Jang Hee Bin (Kim Tae Hee) therefore he was the perfect choice as the lead role.
This will be Yoo Ah In third time appearance in historical dramas. He previously acted in “Strongest Chil Woo” aired in 2008 and in “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” that gave him so much popularity, in 2010.
"Jang Ok Jung, Live for Love" is a story about Jan Hee Bin, a famous concubine in the Joseon Dynasty. Who was accused of being behind Queen In Hyun's death. Her character has been portrait many times, but in "Jang Ok Jung, Live for Love" the story will be focused on her lady-in-waiting to Queen Dowager Jangnyeol status and as a make-up and fashion designer in the Joseon Dynasty.
The Drama will start airing in March in the Monday-Tuesday Slot.
