New "Hannibal" season 3 spoilers are teasing fans about a totally different series.

In TV Guide interview with executive producer Brian Fuller, a lot of details have been revealed about the upcoming run, including the mysterious appearance of Dr. Du Maurier in the last moments of season 2.

"The answers to exactly why Bedelia Du Maurier is on a plane to France with Hannibal Lecter is all part of the first episode of Season 3, which will essentially function as a new pilot for a new series because everything's different," Fuller said.

"Season 3 is going to be a lot of fun because it's going to be taking a lot of disparate elements from the novel Hannibal Rising and the novel Hannibal and mashing them up together as part of the thrust of the season. It's going to be fun to bastardize two novels into one sort of Frankenstein season. I will brace everybody right now: We're significantly changing the Hannibal origin story from Hannibal Rising."

According to Ecumenical News, season 3 will be loosely based on "Hannibal Rising," and will look deeper into the lead character's past through flashbacks.

Meanwhile, cast member Raul Esparza who plays Frederick Chilton on the show, shared a few juicy "Hannibal" season 3 spoilers in a recent interview with HorrorHound Magazine, as reported by Fashion & Style. The actor dished on the new episodes and gushed on the flawless editing.

"I rewatched some of the episodes before coming out here and the setup was so perfect," he said. "There are things that we shot that they went into editing and took from episode five and put into episode six for instance. How Abel Gideon is reintroduced. How I have memories of the shooting of it and where it takes place that were edited into different patterns. They set it up so beautifully."

Esparza also teased about Frederick going head-to-head with Hannibal in the upcoming season.

"Hannibal is smarter than him, and he's playing against a monster,"he said , "and that in order to deal with a monster, you have to become one."
