Carrie Underwood news reveal that the pregnant "Little Toy Guns" singer tries to get parenting advice from her friend and fellow country star Brad Paisley.
According to Carrie Underwood news from Country Music Television, the "American Idol" alum sometimes texts the father-of-two about random parenting concerns. The country crooner admits that he usually does not know what to answer.
"I have no clue what to tell her," Brad Paisley said during a recent interview.
"I've gotten a few of texts from Carrie ... like, 'Who's your pediatrician?' And, 'How do you do that?' Or, 'What's this?'"
Carrie Underwood's hosting partner during the last Country Music Awards admitted that parenting is somewhat different for female music artists.
"My kids get to be home with my wife, their mother, and it's a much different thing when it's the mom going on the road," Brad Paisley pointed out.
"I cannot imagine what it would be like if she's got a weekend with three shows, and she'd have to just leave breast milk in the fridge."
"That would be rough," he added.
Brad Paisley shared that his sons, Huck and Jasper, would sometimes join him on tour. However, he pointed out that is better for them to stay home.
"It's easier for them to be home because they have school and homework," Brad Paisley said.
"But they do like it out here. They are really good kids, and this age is the greatest thing ever."
It was late last year when Carrie Underwood made news for announcing that she is expecting her first baby with professional hockey player Mike Fisher. The Nashville Predators member said that he is confident that he and his wife will be able to adjust well as first-time parents.
"I think that's important, and obviously kids are going to add a different dynamic that I can't wait for. I think it's going to be awesome," Mike Fisher said, reported by Country Music Television.
"(Having kids) is something that a lot of people say it's hard to explain until it really happens, and then it's the greatest thing ever."
"I'm just kind of thinking about wanting to be the best dad I can be," Mike Fisher added.
