Bobbi Kristina Brown was reportedly hospitalized after being found unconscious in her bathtub on January 31.

The 21-year-old’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has reportedly since been trying to see his girlfriend in the hospital, even resorting to Twitter to express his frustration, according to People.

“Let me in the hospital to see my girl and let her hear my voice. SHE WILL WAKE UP,” tweeted Gordon.

The 25-year-old added, “Let me massage her, play her favorite music I believe it will help. If you ask [her father] Bobby anything abt [sic] he cannot answer.”

Shortly after Gordon’s post on Twitter, his lawyer reportedly released a statement.

“Bobby Brown has consistently prohibited Nick, who Bobbi Kristina would want by her side, from being there,” the statement read, according to the media outlet EntertainmentWise.

It continued, “Per his own words, Mr. Brown has only 'offered an opportunity to potentially meet with Bobbi Kristina' if Nick were to meet certain conditions, conditions that we, his attorneys, have advised him not to meet, particularly in light of Mr. Brown's inability to guarantee access. But in an effort to do all he can to visit, Nick has repeatedly offered to meet with Mr. Brown privately to discuss his request in person, rather than through lawyers. Those offers have also been rejected. We hope Mr. Brown has a change of heart.”

Gordon’s conflict with Bobbi Kristina’s family had reportedly been going on before the aspiring singer was hospitalized. Bobbi Kristina had reportedly called Gordon her husband, although the two never married.

Brown’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, had written a letter to Bobbi Kristina in 2013 to express her concern regarding the relationship.

“All I want for you is your good health and your happiness,” wrote Houston.

She added, “I want you to have a good life that you can be proud of. Do I want you to get married in the near future? No, I don’t. I think you’re too young and I wish you’d wait. But that’s because I’m Grandma.”
