Samsung has revealed new details for the Samsung Galaxy S6 release date on MCW 2015 along with its price range, and a new concept design video.
According to TechRadar, Samsung will unveil the Samsung Galaxy S6 in the upcoming Mobile World Congress on March 1 in Barcelona, Spain, as Samsung will likely launch the Samsung Galaxy S6 on April 2015.
TechRadar further revealed the possible price ranges of the Samsung Galaxy S6 as the 32GB variant will cost €749 (around £560, $855, AU$1100), the 64GB at €849 (around £635, $970, AU$1240), and the 128GB at €949 (around £710, $1085, AU$1390).
According to the Fuse Joplin, the design of the Samsung Galaxy S6 will allegedly have a plastic body with a metallic finish, or a full metallic build. It will have an AMOLED QHD screen measuring 5.1 to 5.5 inches that can render a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels with a pixel density of 554 ppi. In addition, the screen will have 16M colors and reportedly protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
The Fuse Joplin adds that Samsung Galaxy S6 will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 while another version will be equipped with the Exynos processor. It has a 3GB RAM capacity and an internal memory of 32GB, which is expected to expand at 128GB. The handset will be equipped with the new Android 5.0 Lollipop software and a TouchWiz Samsung UI.
Its rear camera is at 20MP, while the front snapper could have a 5MP or 8MP capacity. Other rumored features includes wireless charging and battery capacity of 2600 mAh.
Despite the impressive specs and features of the handset, several gadget enthusiast are still skeptical on the Samsung Galaxy S6 as every bit of information about it is still based on rumors. However, Forbes has reported that Ivo Maric and Jermaine Smit revealed a new concept design for Samsung Galaxy S6 along with the S6 Edge to help further support some of the alleged specs in the handset.
