There could be a departure of more characters when the show "Once Upon a Time" season 4 resumes next month, according the latest spoilers for the ABC hit series.
Showrunner Adam Horowitz told Entertainment Weekly, that Robin Hood and Rumple are not the only ones who will be leaving behind Storybrooke.
"You'll see some characters arriving in Storybrooke and you'll see some characters departing as well," according to the "Once Upon a Time" season 4 spoilers from Horowitz.
"We think it's fun to venture outside the confines of Storybrooke and see some of our characters in the real world," he added.
According to the magazine, there will be an episode dedicated to Robin Hood's adventures in the Big Apple.
An article from Hypable said that Emma might find herself being tested when the show returns.
Emma is blessed, or cursed, of being a product of true love and the royal lineage of Snow White and Prince Charming. And that's why she's holding the title of Savior by default.
"Emma does have a track record of running with people of Dark lineages," it said. "Even if Hook, Neal, and Regina can break from their pasts, Emma never had a chance to dabble in the darkness. Sometimes you just need a break from stopping curses."
When the second half of the season resumes, Emma will try to help Regina and son Henry to find the author. But they have competition in their midst as Mr. Gold has tapped the aid of the three queens of darkness, Ursula, Cruella de Vil and Maleficent.
And Mr. Gold's logic couldn't be faulted. If they can find the author and make him rewrite the script for villains, they would no longer be fighting for control of Storybrooke.
Stay tuned for more "Once Upon a Time" season 4 spoilers as the series resumes on March 1 on ABC.
