Manny Pacquiao Vs Floyd Mayweather: Ringside Tickets Might Cost Up To £100,000; Pacman Will Retire In 2016?

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather ringside ticket is rumored to cost up to £100,000.

The Independent reported, citing boxing promoter Eddie Hearn, that the ringside ticket for the fight of all time might cost up to £100,000.

Hearn, who runs a Matcroom Boxing, said that fans of Mayweather and Pacquiao might be priced out of seeing the fight of the two in Las Vegas' MGM Grand Casino on May 2.

"Like everyone in the boxing world, I cannot wait to see Floyd Mayweather fight Manny Pacquiao, I'm not sure yet whether I will make the trip - for travelling fans, the tickets will be like gold dust but more expensive," Hearn wrote on in a column for the Daily Mail.

The English boxing promoter said that although the ringside ticket is pricey, he is still hopes that the fight will be accessible to everyone who wants to see it.

Furthermore, in a recent interview, Pacquiao has finally answered his fans about his rumored retirement. In a local Philippine media ABS-CBN, Pacman said: "It is coming close, we will announce it." Pacquaio has declined to give further details about his retirement on the said career.

However, according to International Business Times, Pacquiao has already spoken about his retirement in Philippine radio station DZMM in July 2014. Pacquiao said that he would be retiring in 2016. As of this writing it is not yet sure if he will resign on the said year as the 36-year-old boxer still needs to face three opponents, after he extended his contract with Top Rank Promotions. The said contract will run up to Dec. 31, 2016.

Meanwhile,Pacquiao has started his training in his hometown in General Santos City, Philippines.

Pacquiao and Mayweather fight ,which is dubbed as the "Fight of the Millennium," is on May 2 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
