BlackBerry Classic Non Camera Now Available For Pre-order At Verizon; Detailed Specs And Features; When Will It Be Available?

The BlackBerry Classic Non camera is up for pre-order through Verizon starting today, GSM Arena reported.

The BlackBerry Classic Non Camera is the same smartphone that we know, but its cameras have been removed to cater businessmen who do want to have cameras on their handsets.

On the Verizon website, the handset's price is at $99.99 with a two-year contract or $399.99 without a long-term commitment. Interested buyers who want to use the Verizon's Edge installment plan can get the device for $16.66 a month.

"The BlackBerry Classic Non Camera features a physical keyboard and familiar navigation keys, with the power of the BlackBerry 10 operating system," the retailer wrote.

The retailer wrote that when a customer pre-order the handset, consumer will receive a non-removable 2500 mAh battery, pre-installed SIM Card (4FF NFC), BlackBerry Power Plug, USB Cable, quick reference guide, global support brochure, product safety and warranty brochure, RF brochure and important consumer information.

The BlackBerry Classic Non Camera, like its sibling, offers a 3.5-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 720 and a ppi of 294. The device has an HD LCD display, with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 touch screen.

The BlackBerry's handset runs on BlackBerry 10.3.1 operating system and it sports a Qualcomm MSM 8960 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz. It has 2 GB of RAM with 16 GB Flash and offer an expandable memory of up to 128 GB via memory card.

As for the battery, the BlackBerry Classic Non Camera has a 2,515 mAh (minimum) which can last up to 17.2 hours GSM talk time while 15.2 days GSM standby time.

Furthermore, the said device can download apps from Android and BlackBerry,in which, users can visit Amazon App Store where the Android games and apps are available for the BlackBerry Classic users. The said device will start shipping on March 31.
