Bad news to all gadgets and camera enthusiast as the release date of the GoPro Hero 5 has been delayed.
The release date of the new GoPro Hero 5 was set on October 2015 as reported by the Fuse Joplin , however, Value Walk allegedly claimed that the GoPro 5's release date will be delayed as GoPro Inc. wants to improve more of its specs and features.
Value Walk adds that the delay could be good thing for them so that the company can test out more ideas for the GoPro Hero 5. Expect the new GoPro camera to be out of the market by the end of 2015, Value Walk reported.
The improvements on the new GoPro Hero 5 are solely based so far on numerous rumors in the internet.
According to China Topix, the GoPro 5 will have a dual lens setup with 3D capability, a 60 meter range and has a battery capacity of 2,800 mAh which trumps its predecessor, the GoPro Hero 4.
Hero 5 has 150 percent chance to have a longer battery life than the Hero 4, which means the device will have more recording time outdoors, The Fuse Joplin reports.
The Latino Post reports that the GoPro Hero 5 can record a minimum of 4K to 8K resolution which is 60 frames per second and it has Bluetooth 4.0 for faster upload speed. Several users complained about the Hero 4 sliver version having 15 frames per-second, while the black variant of the device can recond 30 frames per-second.
The Fuse Joplin adds that GoPro Hero 5 will not have two variants like its predeccesor as it has touchscreen capabilties similar to the silver variant of the Hero 4.
As for the price range of the GoPro Hero 5, the Ecumenitical News reports that it will cost around $400 to $500, while the the Fuse Joplin cited that the Hero 5 will be around $450 to $550 in the market.
