'Mortal Kombat X' Guest Characters Could Be Jason Voorhees, Predator, And Spawn As Warner Bros. Announced Mobile Version For 'MKX' Soon!

It looks like NetherRealm Studios has revealed new details for their latest "Mortal Kombat" game "Mortal Kombat X" which includes three possible guest characters and an upcoming mobile game version.

According to Bloody Disgusting, "Mortal Kombat" creator Ed Boon tweeted another fan art that features "Friday the 13th" slasher Jason Voorhees against the Predator from the "Predator" film franchise.

VG24/7 previously reported that the Predator is among the rumored guest playable fighter in "Mortal Kombat X," along with Colonel Al Dillon as VideoGamer allegedly reports that both characters are part of the "Predator pack" of game in June.

Gamefitnation reports that Spawn is also rumored to join "Mortal Kombat X." Spawn creator Todd McFarlane gave his blessing to NetherRealms Studios in using the character in future games during an interview with Gamefitnation.

For several months, NetherRealm Studios has been hinting numerous characters to guest star in "Mortal Kombat X." IGN previously reported that Pinhead, Frank the Bunny, and Ash Williams were the first batch of characters being hinted in the game, while Den of Geek claimed that the second batch of characters includes Sweet Tooth, Juliet Starling, Black Orchid, Rick Taylor, and the Terminator.

NetherRealm Studios has already unveiled the new story trailer for "Mortal Kombat X" last week which intoduced three new characters; Jacqueline Briggs, Takahashi Takeda, and Kung Jin.

Meanwhile, VG24/7 has reported that Warner Bros. announced a mobile version of "MKX" along with other games such as "Batman: Arkham Underworld," "LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham," "DC Comics Legends" and "Game of Thrones."

The website adds that the mobile version is both fighting and a card collecting game and will feature multiplayer gameplay similar to the console versions.

"Mortal Kombat X" will launch on April 14 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and for the PC.
