OnePlus Two Release Date Set In April? While OnePlus One Coming To 16 EU Countries

The OnePlus Two release date is set to be on April and the device is expected to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset.

The OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei has disclosed in the Reddit AMA Session and Consumer Electronics Show that OnePlus Two is scheduled for a second or third quarter release date, The Venture Capital Post reported.

Pei added that the upcoming handset will be available first in India before it will be introduced to Asian and European countries then to the United States.

The company had confirmed that Asia, North America and Europe can expect a custom model for the appropriate range of mobile data network bands.

Furthermore, the OnePlus Two is rumored to have a 5.5-inch size with a quad HD display and a 2K resolution. The smartphone is speculated to run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset with 4 GB of RAM.

It is rumored to have a 3,300 mAh battery and will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system though a new report suggests that the device might run on a new OS called Oxygen. Also, the handset might come with more customization features.

As of this writing, the company has not released any information yet about the OnePlus Two release date.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus will start shipping the OnePlus One in 16 EU countries. According to GSM Arena the countries included are Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Pei, the co-founder of OnePlus, along with Director Digital market and Insight Bridget Hickey and Communications Manager Ruta Klyvte, will visit some of the new regions that the company will be shipping. The site said that the team is scheduled to visit Warsaw, Poland on March 9, Praque, Czech Republic on March 10 and March 12 in Budapest, Hungary.

The company has not yet released an update regarding the launch dates and the price of the shipping destinations; however, the company has confirmed that they are going to release an update in the future.
