According to the official ABC synopsis, "David Rosen is caught off guard when a surprise visitor reveals insider information about B613 that could take down the White House and destroy Pope & Associates, on "Scandal," THURSDAY, MARCH 12 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network."

Episode 15 is written by Mark Fish and directed by Allison Liddi Brown.

While no further information has been revealed about the upcoming episode just yet, a TV Guide synopsis does provide another take on the show.
