T-Mobile has revealed what appears to be the price of Samsung Galaxy S6 and it cost more than the iPhone 6.
The Business Insider reported that the American telecom operator T-Mobile is giving away free Samsung Galaxy S6, which has an unsubsidized value of $699, to four winners; however, there is no details indicated on what storage size the carrier is offering, while The Verge wrote that T-Mobile might give away the 32GB model.
Although the price of the device is not yet confirmed, here is the detailed specs of the Samsung Galaxy S6. According to GSM Arena, the Galaxy S6 has a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 at 577 ppi. The handset has 5.1-inch size with a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection of screen against scratches.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 will run on Exynos 7420 processor with quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 and quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57. It is said to equip with an Android v5.0.2 Lollipop operating system with a Mali-T760 GPU.
As for the storage and memory, the smartphone has 3 GB of RAM with an internal memory of 32, 64 and 128 GB respectively.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a 16MP back camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The camera has LED flash, auto HDR, dual video call, optical image stabilization, autofocus and other photography features that the user can explore with.
In terms of battery, the device will sport with a 2,550 mAh and will be available in color white pearl, gold platinum, black sapphire and blue topaz.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will start shipping in 20 countries, including in the U.K. on April 10, as IT PRO reported.
As of this writing the Samsung Galaxy S6 price is not yet confirmed by Samsung and its carrier partners.
