'J-Stars Victory Vs +' News: Bandai Namco Streamed Three New Gameplay Trailers Featuring Son Goku, Frieza, Tatsumi Oga And More [VIDEOS]; What Do We Know So Far In The Anime Crossover Game?

Good news to all gamers and anime fans out there as three new trailers for anime crossover video game "J-Stars Victory Vs +" have been revealed, featuring every Shonen-based anime characters in the game.

According to AnimeNewsNetwork, the official U.S. website of Bandai Namco began streaming three new gameplay trailers for "J-Star Victory Vs +" which features fights between Son Goku and Frieza, Tatsumi Oga with Baby Beel against Chinyuki, and Arale Narukami against Luckyman.

AnimeNewsNetwork has reported that "J-Star Victory Vs +" will feature the original Japanese dub with subtitles as the game will have over 50 anime characters in atleast 32 titles appearing in Shonen Jump's 45th anniversary game in Japan.

The game centers on the J Battle Festival which happens over 45 years to which every hero that exemplifies friendship, hardwork and victory. "J-Star Victory Vs +" has several game modes such as J Adventure Mode, Victory Road campaign, Free Battle, Online Mode for 2 vs. 2 battles, and a Gallery Mode.

Gematsu further adds that the game will have its own "Arcade Mode" as players can level up using "J Points," which can be redeemed to any J-Point Shop in the game, and use “Combination Attack” and “Voltage System," to make the fights more exciting.

Siliconera previously reported that release date of "J-Stars Victory Vs +" is slated in Summer 2015 in North America for the PS3, PS4 and PS Vita.

AnimeNewsNetwork also reports that the game was released in Japan last year as the PS3 version cost around 7,980 yen (US$80), while the limited edition is around 10,980 yen (US$110). The PS Vita version costs 6,980 yen (US$58) while its limited edition is at 9,980 yen (US$100). It has a free augmented-reality (AR) app lets players see the Jump heroes in their surroundings on the PS Vita.

Those who have pre-ordered the game in Japan have received the J-Stars Victory Book, which contained information and visuals of each characters and an "Ani-Son Sound Edition" that lets them listen to 21 anime theme songs.
