The two-hour season finale of "Glee" will air on FOX on March 20. Sad as it seems, Gleeks will have to say goodbye to the groundbreaking musical series. Keep on reading to find out spoilers straight from the cast themselves.
"Glee's" finale episode, titled "2009/Dreams Come True," will be filled with flashbacks, nostalgia and of course exciting musical numbers. Some spoilers also hinted that Sam and Rachel would end up together. Speaking to TV Line, Jane Lynch, however, debunked the rumors.
"There really is no Sam-Rachel relationship. I think they're just friends. That's all there is," she said.
Before fans of Sam and Rachel get disappointed, Lynch promised that Gleeks would love the amazing finale that the showrunners and cast members have prepared.
"We jump five years ahead in the couple scenes of the last episode, so we'll find out where all the kids are. Where Sue Sylvester ends up is pretty remarkable; I think people will really love it," she teased.
"Glee" promises a satisfying finale with its last two-hour episode. Spoilers are saying that the final episode will make viewers feel a bit nostalgic, seeing how the cast members were like six years ago-when the series first started.
Speaking to Nick Lachey on VH1's "Big Morning Buzz Live" Jane Lynch spilled some spoilers on the much-awaited "Glee" season finale.
The 54-year-old "Glee" star revealed that the group would go back in time in one of the 2009 episodes at the time of the pilot, then forward in the future five years to 2020.
Inquistr also previously hinted that Jonathan Groff, who played Jesse St. James, Rachel's (Lea Michele) ex-boyfriend will be returning for the finale.
"That show is not just a TV show. That show was a cultural phenomenon. It changed the face of music education, I think. It changed the way the people see the arts and it talked about gay issues and bullying issues and it talked about love and music. To be closing the curtain on that show is a milestone, and it's really emotional," Jonathan Groff said.
