Good new to all Apple users and gadget enthusiast as a jailbreak version of the iOS 8.2 update will released soon along with its new features.
According to reports from Yibada, the jailbreak version of the iOS 8.2 will released very soon as Chinese jailbreak teams TaiG and Pangu are both working on the jailbreak of the new version of iOS software. Although they never mentioned a specific date, both groups were the first to successfully jailbreak the iOS 8 software as the jailbreaks were halted by the 8.1.3 patch.
The website further adds that TaiG has been working on the beta version of the iOS 8.2 as they warned users not to download the official iOS 8.2, which was release on March 9 along with the Apple Watch, the new 12-inch MacBook Air and the upgraded version of its 13-inch MacBook Air
Jailbreak developer MuscleNerd warned the users, "Jailbreakers stay away from today's 8.2 update for now, or you will get burned."
International Business Time has reported that several loopholes were found on two beta versions of iOS 8.2 as TaiG has patched the problems with the release of final version of iOS 8.2 in a recent post from iJailbreak.
IBT further adds that the security content of iOS 8.2 has been addressed by TaiG and Apple is making good efforts to prevent jailbreaking attempts by releasing the iOS 8.2, and Apple has released the iOS 8.1.3 beta edition to the developers.
The Fuse Joplin has reported the new updates and features that are present in the iOS 8.2 update.
The first if these is the stability and augmentation of every Apple devices as Apple has been working on to increase and improve their new product updates into five main areas; Mail, Flyover in Maps, Music, VoiceOver Reliability and Hearing Aids connectivity for iPhone models.
The second is an upgraded Health App as the it was first introduced in the iOS 8 upgrade. The Fuse Joplin has reported several issues in the App such as interchangeability between units of measurement for distance, weight, height, temperature, and blood glucose.
There are also privacy settings that lets users turn off step-tracking, distance traveled, and flights-of-stairs climbed.
Several security fixes were also handled in by the iOS 8.2 as Apple has addressed a problem that had previously allowed remote attackers hack a user’s phone, access its programming and force the phone to restart. Apple has also fixed a glitch that allowed remote attackers who were using positions within private data networks to execute hostile codes in the devices.
Apple also managed to fix certain apps that were designed to execute strings of data and computer code that have special system privileges as well as addressing a problem that had once allowed malicious, and possibly-destructive app programs to create folders in locations within the hard drive’s file structures that were trusted by the user.
The last security fix is said to has been addressed by Apple regarding a “A person with physical access to the device may be able to see the home screen of the device even if the device is not activated.”
Lastly, a full support and compatibility to the Apple Watch before its release in April 24, 2015.
