It looks like the release date for HTC One M9 in the United States has been revealed along with its new features, specs and possible price range.
The new HTC One M9 has been officially released in Taiwan today March 16, 2015 as GottaBeMobile has reported the release date of the new HTC device and it will be available for sale from the five 4G carriers beginning March 23.
However, the world wide release of the HTC One M9 has not been announced to the everyone but the Inquisitr reportedly claimed the HTC One M9 will be available in North America on March 25 by American retail website B&H, and it will cost around $649 USD.
Ubergizmo has reported that the HTC One M9 will have two variants 32GB and 64GB and they will cost around $690 and $750 respectively; however, these prices only apply in Taiwan and are for unlocked and off-contract units.
As for its features and specs, The Fuse Joplin has reported that the HTC One M9 is equipped with a 5-inch HD display that can render a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with a pixel density of 440. It has a 64-bit architecture and a Snapdragon 810 processing unit clocked at 2.7 GHz. The processor is paired with the ARM Cortex A57 and A53 quad core chips and its GPU is the Adreno 420.
The HTC One M9 has a RAM capacity of 3GB along with two variants of internal memory at 32GB and 64GB, but users can expand its storage at 128 GB with microSD card. The HTC handset's software runs on the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with Sense 7.
The rear camera of the HTC One M9 is at 20.7 MP that is capable of capturing 4K videos, and its front-facing camera is at 4.1 Ultrapixels that can record videos at 1080p.
The battery capacity is at 2,840 mAh that can last up to 25.4 hours of talk time and 391 hours of stand by time. In addition, the HTC One m9 supports VoLTE, LTE Category 6 up to 50Mbps for upload and 300Mbps for download. It also has Bluetooth 4.1, and BoomSound speaker.
The Fuse Joplin reports that the HTC One M9 will be available in different colors - Gunmetal Grey, Pink, Silver and Gold.
