Good news gaming fans as a new trailer for "Resident Evil Revelations 2" has been streamed online as the trailer shows a new villain and the death of a major character.

AnimeNewsNetwork has reported that the official YouTube channel Resident Evil has posted the game's final episode. Here is the video below.

The trailer features several scenes for episode 4 of "Resident Evil Revelations 2" as Claire Redfield and Moira Burton are about to find out who is the mastermind behind their abduction in the island prison where they are held captive in.

The video shows that the main villain in "Resident Evil Revelations 2," who happens to be a blonde woman wearing an all white coat. She orchestrated the kidnapping of both Claire and Moira during the TerraSave convention in the opening sequence of the game.

According to the Resident Evil Wiki, the villain's name is Alex Wesker, a possible test subject who have survived the "Wesker" project aside from Albert Wesker. She controls the entire island prison and has created a virus called the "Afflicted," which causes its victims to transform into monsters when the virus feeds off their fears.

It is clearly seen in the trailer that Alex Wesker is undergoing some kind of mutation as she transforms into a gruesome monster at some point in episode 4. It is also worth mentioning that a photo of Albert Wesker is seen in the Story trailer of "Resident Evil Revelations 2," which led the speculation that Albert is alive and is involve in the story.

Aside from Alex Wesker, the trailer also hinted a possible death of a major character in "Resident Evil Revelations 2." Based on the scenes in the video, there is a high chance that Moira Burton will die in the game.To further support the claim Natalia Korda mentioned that "she's dead" to Barry during the trailer.

Whether this could happen in game or not is left uncertain as gamers will just have to find out as episode 4 of "Resident Evil Revelations 2" will launch on March 17.

Capcom will launch the disk version of "Resident Evil Revelations 2" in March 10 to March 13 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
