Olympian Bruce Jenner revealed that his separation from wife Kris Jenner caused him misery and that he feels being "little me in the middle" with the family's present dynamics.

The 65-year-old patriarch, who's hounded by sex change rumors, admitted during Sunday's premier of E!'s "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" that he feels "so separated" from his family after he and his 59-year-old ex-wife parted ways.

"Living by myself out in Malibu has been really good. I kind of have my freedom. The tough part comes when, sometimes, it can get pretty lonely not seeing the kids every day. I certainly wish they would be spending more time out at my house," the former US track and field athlete said while facing the "KUWTK" camera.

"Kris and I spent 24 years together, every day, all the time. So sometimes it's a little tough," Kendall and Kylie's dad added.

In trying to make their father feel better and force him to enjoy singlehood, Brody and Brandon (his children with second wife Linda Thompson) threw him a party which they called "Bruce on the Loose," said People.

And while the New York-born television figure was vocal about seeing his entire family, Kylie Jenner didn't show up in the gathering. Kendall and Kylie are the only children of Bruce Jenner with Kris Jenner.

"Kylie was supposed to come," Bruce Jenner told the up-and-coming model.

In the on-camera interview, the Olympian, who recently got public's attention when he announced that he wants to become a "woman," expressed his disappointment.

"I certainly would've hoped that more of the kids would've come," said Jenner in an on-camera interview. "The only one who showed up was Kendall. I guess things have changed."

Meanwhile, the Kardashian girls claimed that they still want to see more of Bruce Jenner after the split from Kris Jenner.

"Since my mom and Bruce have separated and he's not around as much, it's definitely more difficult to always keep in touch, and figuring out how to all stay in each other's lives is definitely going to be an ongoing thing," Kourtney Kardashian noted.
