Speaking to Top of The Pops magazine, via Unreality TV, Luke Hemmings revealed that he has a major crush on Jennifer Lawrence.

"If I could spread a rumor about myself, it would be that Jennifer Lawrence and I are dating. Even though I know that's never going to happen," he said.

The news came out as a surprise especially since everyone thought for a while that the 5SOS singer is dating Selena Gomez. Late last year, it was reported in several online channels that Luke Hemmings wanted to ask Justin Bieber's ex out on a date.

In a tweet, the band revealed what they usually request for their tour riders. In his tweet, Luke revealed that he requested for "a fresh puppy, body oil, toothbrushes, Selena Gomez, my band, talent, socks, and a happy gorilla!"

Although Luke Hemmings made that one appear as a joke, it was said that the singer really asked Selena Gomez "to hang out backstage" during the band's recent tour.

When Selena's BFF Taylor Swift celebrated her birthday in December, eyewitnesses claimed that Luke Hemmings couldn't keep his eyes off her.

"Guests at Taylor Swift's birthday party on December 12 noticed the budding romance between Selena Gomez and 5 Seconds of Summer singer Luke Hemmings. And now the couple have gone public," a source from Cambio revealed.

It's unclear what happened between Luke Hemmings and Selena Gomez, who's now rumored to be dating DJ Zedd. But now, it seems like he has moved on to another A-list celebrity, Jennifer Lawrence.
