On "Honor Thy Father," Episode 16, we will see the OPA team doing what they do best.

According to TV Guide, "A congressman seeks Olivia's assistance with his father, who's serving a death sentence and nearing execution."

"Elsewhere, David wants to solidify his case against B613 by finding its former members," suggests the TV Guide synopsis.

In an alternate synopsis, provided by ABC, we learn that the episode will guest star Portia de Rossi and George Newbern.

The press release suggests that "David continues his plan to take down B613" in the episode written by Severiano Canales and directed by Jeannot Szwarc.

"David tries to recruit former B613 agents to strengthen his case. Meanwhile, a congressman asks Olivia to help his father escape his looming death penalty, on "Scandal," THURSDAY, APRIL 2 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network," explain the ABC spoilers.
