As the fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao is getting closer, Amir Khan believes that Mayweather will beat Pacquiao, while Pacman's camp denies that the Filipino champ is suffering from leg cramps.

The Bolton fighter said that the upcoming fight will be great since both fighters are at the peak of their career, and added that Mayweather will win against Pacquiao on the fight of the century in Las Vegas, cite Sky Sports.

"Since then Manny Pacquiao has had two defeats, he's been knocked out once by (Juan Manuel) Marquez and then he got by (Timothy) Bradley which was a little controversial, but I think Mayweather will take the fight," said Khan.

He added that Mayweather will be smarter this time and he will make it a little boring at times since Pacman is a "come-forward fighter" who do a lot of punches. He said that Mayweather will try to avoid all the punches that Pacman will throw to Mayweather.

Khan said that he has been watching the training of Mayweather on social media and believes that the American fighter is training very hard and will come with a different game plan on the upcoming fight.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Pacquiao suffered from a bad leg cramps, but Pacman's camp has denied the said report.

The local media network in the Philippines GMA News reported that the eight-division champion is not suffering from a severe leg cramp during his training for the upcoming fight on May 2.

Pacman's conditioning coach Justin Fortune said that the issue brought out when Pacquiao fought with Timothy Bradley last year, while Coach Freddie Roach said that they spent $1,800 for the anti-inflammatory cream but he assured that it is nothing serious.

"We did a scan on his thighs and calves and it's all good, there's no tears, there's no injuries, he's just having a little shin splits but that's as far as it goes," said Roach.
