The brand new sneak-peek preview for "Love Breaks Me" provides fans with some mind-boggling spoilers. As the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" YouTube page asks, "How Far Will Kim Kardashian West Go for Another Baby?"

teases the "KUWTK YouTube page. By the looks of this Sunday's show, the drama will be in full effect in "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Season 10, Episode 4.
"Can I still get pregnant?" Kim Kardashian asks her doctor as she sits up in a hospital bed.
The preview then focuses on a family meeting in which Kim tells her family some startling news. "He said I can only have one more baby," explains Kim to her emotional family.
"Oh my God," we hear a Kardashian exclaim in shock.
"How far will Kim go to have another child?" narrates the voiceover in this suspenseful preview clip.
Kris Jenner cries as she listens to her daughter's heartbreaking health developments. "You have to remove my uterus?" Kim clarifies as she speaks to her doctor on the phone.
"What?!" Scott can be heard responding to the news.

The final scene shown in the promo preview sees Kim being wheeled away on a hospital gurney, accompanied by her mom Kris.
We see the Kardashian mom kiss her daughter's forehead before she likely undergoes surgery.
