Asus has officially disclosed that Zenfone 2 will be available in Europe on March 31.
The GSM Arena reported that Asus thinks that Europeans will be interested about the new device after having sold about 10 million Zenfones in Asia.
The publication added that three Asus Zenfone 2 models will be available in France starting on March 31. The model number ZE551ML will be available for €299 for a limited time and the price will become higher which is €349.
According to the Asus official website, the Asus Zenfone 2 model ZE551ML has 5.5-inch full HD 1920 x 1080 IPS display with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system with a CPU of Intel Atom Quad Core Z3580 (2.3 GHz) or Z3560 (1.8 GHz), PowerVR G6430 with OpenGL 3.9 support. The handset has 2 GB or 4 GB LPDDR3 RAM with 16, 32 and 64GB eMMC Flash with 5GB free lifetime ASUS WebStorage. The storage can be expanded up to 64GB via memory card slot.
The Asus Zenfone 2 has a G-sensor, the E-compass, gyroscope, proximity and ambient light sensor. The smartphone has 13MP rear camera with PixelMaster and auto focus. The front camera has 5MP with PixelMaster, fix focus and wide view.
It has a 3000 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery and available in black, red, white, gray and gold color options.
Furthermore, the other models are Zenfone 2 ZE550ML and ZE500CL. The Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML has the same screen size with a 720p resolution. The device has Intel Atom Z3560 with a 1.8 GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage and cost €249.
The ZE500CL model costs €179 to 5-inch 720p display, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and packed with Intel Atom Z2560 SoC with 1.6 GHz dual-core CPU. It has 8GB storage, 2GB of RAM and 2,500 mAh battery.
