Good news DC fans as new updates for the "Suicide Squad" movie have been revealed regarding three characters joining the film's roster.
According to Screenrant, Killer Croc and Plastique are the latest draftees in the"Suicide Squad" movie as TheWrap has reported that former "Lost" star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has sign in with Warner Bros. to play Killer Croc in the DC Cinematic Universe.
Killer Croc in the DC Comics is a wildly recognized as one of Batman's enemies. His real name is Waylon Jones and he is born with a form of atavism that gave him the look of a reptile. His powers includes superhuman strength, speed, razor sharp claws and a healing factor.
It is unknown yet what kind of role will Killer Croc have in the "Suicide Squad" movie as Screenrant hinted it could be a "glorified" cameo appearance.
As for Plastique, Latino-Review insider Umberto Gonzales posted another photo on Instagram hinting her role in the film.
Like Killer Croc, Plastique will also have a minor role in the film as she is somewhere in a nighclub and she rumored to be portrayed by Karen Fukuhara.
Plastique recently made her live-action appearance in the CW network series "The Flash" portrayed by Kelly Frye. Her powers enables her to charge objects, and makes them explode through skin contact.
Den of Geek has reported that Scott Eastwood will portray Wonder Woman's love interest Steve Trevor in the DC Cinematic Universe. The website further adds that Steve Trevor will likely be included in the "Wonder Woman" movie opposite Gal Gadot.
Toronto Sun reports that Canadian boxer Ray Olubowale will join the cast as he is rumored to play either King Shark or Blockbuster.
Other characters are also rumored to be part of "Suicide Squad" such as Vixen, The Thinker and Multiplex, Screenrant reports.
"Suicide Squad" movie will be released in theaters on Aug. 5, 2016.
