"Bones" season 10, episode 12 of the American crime procedural comedy-drama premieres on April 2, 2015. Spoilers revealed that it will look further into Booth's (David Boreanaz) problem with his gambling addiction and Brennan's (Emily Deschanel) second pregnancy.
"Bones" season 10 spoilers revealed that episode 12, called "The Teacher in the Books," follows the story of a teacher who is found dead in an abandoned bookstore. The circumstances of the murder cause both students and teachers to be named as suspects in the investigation.
TV Guide's synopsis of the episode states that the "squintern" Jessica Warren (Laura Spencer) attempts to teach Brennan (Emily Deschanel) how to use Twitter, and social media in general, so that she can have a better connection with her fanbase.
According to TV Line, "The Teacher in the Books" will also shed some light on Booth's gambling problem along with introducing Gavin Chadwck (Alex Skuby), who is Booth's (David Boreanaz) sponsor at his gamblers' anonymous meetings.
Sukby's character will help Booth recover by urging him to share his experiences during meetings. This coincides with Brennan's pregnancy which will put an even bigger toll on the couple.
Emily Deschanel revealed that her second pregnancy will be a lot more emotional than her first. She revealed that Booth and Bones will finally understand that their jobs are actually dangerous and could endanger the child's life.
"They put their child in danger. Their house was blown up last season. It's not a safe world that they're bringing this child into, and she's very much aware of that this time, whereas last time she was a little naive about it. It's definitely an emotional journey. Then there are also issues with Booth where he starts gambling again. That's a big problem, too," she said.
It is said that the baby will not be born in Season 10, but rather on the season finale.
