The "F1 2015" release date for PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One is officially confirmed by Codemasters to happen on June 12.

Lee Williams, Codemasters community manager, wrote on the Codemasters blog that the "F1 2015" release date has been confirmed and players will be able to play it as soon as it hits the market.

"As we've confirmed previously the game has been built on an all new version of EGO tailored to deliver the ultimate FORMULA ONE videogame experience and act as a significant step forward in the game's visuals and physics-based handling model," said Williams.

"F1 2015 marks an exciting new chapter for Codemasters and FORMULA ONE; it's a shift in direction in the game series, on new formats and our brand new game engine, with the game set to be released earlier in the season, launching this June," said Paul Jeal, the Game Director.

The new model will feature enhancements in over 20 areas, including transmission, engine, fuel tank, suspension, force feedback, transmission and a brand new tire physics model that creates a realistic representation of how cars handle on the track.

"The buzz and excitement that surrounds each GRAND PRIX is incredible, and we wanted to transfer that to F1 2015 with an all-new broadcast style presentation that'll deliver that unmistakable race-day weekend atmosphere of a GRAND PRIX, complete with podium and grid sequences," Williams added.

Furthermore, according to Venture Capital Post, the "F1 2015" that is scheduled to be released in June will have a voice recognition technology for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, through the Kinect and the PlayStation Camera. Through this, players can ask for updates on the weather, request tires, check tire status, race info and front wing changes.

Williams added that the "F1 2015" game will also include cars, drivers and tracks from the 2014 season as a bonus content once the game becomes available.
