Sonny Kiriakis may be leaving "Days of Our Lives" for good. Spoilers revealed that fans of Freddie Smith might have to say goodbye one of Salem's beloved character soon.

According to reports from Inquistr, Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) may be leaving Salem for good. If this turns out to be true, viewers will still see the character on air because "Days of Our Lives" films in advance. However, due to Sonny being a fan-favorite on the show and seeing that he is currently in the middle of a very important storyline, it will be difficult to tell if he will actually be removed from the show.
Meanwhile, as written on We Love Soaps, the following events are set to happen in "Days of Our Lives" on April 6.
Melanie (Molly Burnett) attempts to prove her allegations about Theresa (Jen Lilley) while Daniel (Shawn Christian) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) have a disagreement. Eve (Kassie DePaiva) also puts her relationship with J.J. (Casey Moss) in danger. Eric (Greg Vaughan) eavesdrops on Serena (Melissa Archer) and Xander (Paul Telfer).
In the following episode, Paige (True O'Brien) discovers something in her mother's apartment. Jennifer ends her friendship with Daniel while Melanie's plan is stalled. In the April 8 episode, Victor (John Aniston) threatens Will (Guy Wilson) as Sonny (Freddie Smith) makes a shocking discovery on Will's tablet. Paige has a confrontation Eve in this episode.
In the April 9 episode of the "Days of Our Lives," spoilers teased that Will changes John's (Drake Hogestyn) perception of the events concerning Paul (Christopher Sean). Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) gives Chad (Billy Flynn) important information about Ben (Robert Scott Wilson); Brady (Eric Martsolf) has a surprise reunion with a special someone from his past.
In the week's final episode, Paul finds out from Sonny that his mother has been lying. Ben turns to Clyde (James Read) for help while Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) talk about Adrienne (Judi Evans).
