Manny Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach has reportedly criticized the training method of Floyd Mayweather.

Roach allegedly mocked Mayweather with regard to the video about his new training style.

"I love it, first time in his life he's going to try something new, in the biggest fight of your life? Come on, give me a break," Roach said in the Top Rank video.

He added that Mayweather does not want to fight Manny Pacquiao, but he was forced because of the public demand. Roach also said that Money is doing everything he can prior to the fight to beat Manny Pacquiao in the ring.

"I think the public forces him into this fight. He doesn't want to fight us," said Roach. "He's trying everything he can to get ready for the fight, but he's going up the wrong tree."

The said video that shows the training method of Mayweather was posted April 5 on Instagram, showing him working out in a swimming pool. In the video, Mayweather threw punches in the water before freestyle swimming.

With less than a month to go, Mayweather is reportedly down to within three-and-a-half pounds of the welterweight limit, writes Daily Mail. According to the site, the electronic machine showed that Mayweather is at 150.5 lbs due to a modicum of surplus fat at the sides of his waist, but his condition is reportedly good.

The boxers must weigh no more than 10 percent in excess of the 147-pound welter limit. Manny and Floyd will undergo weigh-in again seven days prior to the fight on May 2 and they should be within five percent of the welterweight limit.
