Dakota Johnson and boyfriend Matthew Hitt have reportedly reunied after the hype over the "Fifty Shades of Grey" has died down.

"The actress, 25, was spotted walking her dog with musician and model Matthew Hitt although it appeared the two took pains not to be seen too close together during their stroll," said Daily Mail. "The pair reportedly split because the British rocker didn't want to be a part of 'the craziness' that went along with her starring role as Anastasia Steele."

Dakota Johnson and boyfriend Matthew Hitt have reportedly split because he allegedly couldn't deal with all the craziness surrounding "Fifty Shades of Grey."

But it's not only him that's having a hard time dealing with fame.

In an interview with Vogue magazine, Dakota Johnson said that she loves London because it offers her a semblance of normalcy.

"My most favorite thing about London is that nobody recognizes me. It's really . . . cool," she said.

On being named the leading star of "Fifty Shades of Grey," Dakota Johnson said: "I think about my dwindling anonymity and that's really scary because a very large part of me would be perfectly happy living on a ranch in Colorado and having babies and chickens and horses-which I will do anyway."

A report from Us Weekly two months ago, Dakota Johnson and Matthew Hitt have split in December last week.

"Sometime over the holidays, they broke up," the source told the magazine. "Her life was getting too crazy and it wasn't something that he wanted to be a part of."

However, the source quickly added that the two remain friends, insisting that "it wasn't a bad break."

According to the magazine, the split was probably for the best considering that Dakota Johnson's packed schedule just doesn't leave enough room for a stable relationship. The article also claimed that the daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith is "casually seeing a few people."
