It looks like there aren't too many surprises in store as far as LG's G4 is concerned after renowned leaker Evan Blass posted an image of LG's new, unreleased, model.

In a major leak in March, photos of a forthcoming LG handset that rumors claim was the next-gen G4 surfaced online.

LG's G4 was supposed to be unveiled on April 28, but renowned leaker Evan Blass (also known by this Twitter handle @evleaks) has searched out an unannounced product site that reveals a lot about the new Android flagship weeks in advance, according to Engadget.

In some of the pictures, the phone appears to be dressed in leather, which is an option the South Korean tech giant hinted at in the invitation it sent out for April 28 launch event. In addition to leaking numerous photos, some of the specs of LG's new flagship phone were also mentioned, PhoneArena noted.

The G4's back will reportedly have several color options alongside multiple shades of leather and that a super-fast f/1.8 camera is supported by an infrared color accuracy sensor, second-gen image stabilization and a full manual mode.

Other details reportedly include:

  • a 5.5 inch display
  • a 1440 x 2560 resolution screen
  • LG's G4 will measure 8.9mm thick, 75.3mm wide and 149.1mm tall
  • a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked up to 2.5GHz
  • 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
  • 13MP rear camera, 2.1MP front camera.
  • a 3,000 mAh replaceable battery.

The LG G4 will reportedly be available in moon violet, burgundy red, shine gold, silk white and metallic black. Of course, there is a leather back option.

With the specs page largely restating the G3's info, there a few details that aren't revealed in this unintended teaser. However, it looks like LG's scheduled big event will not anymore hold many surprises.
