Ed Sheeran Weight Loss: Singer Drops 25 Kilos From Juicing; Hires Chef To Prepare His Meals While On Tour

Ed Sheeran has dropped two shirt sizes since he has started embracing a healthy lifestyle. The "Thinking Out Loud" singer credited his weight loss to drinking green juices and improving his fitness routine.

In an interview with The Sun, via People, Ed Sheeran revealed his weight loss secret. He shared that since he learned to eat healthy and developed a love for green juices, he felt better about his body and has incredibly dropped the excess pounds.

"I went from a large to a medium to a small, it's my lifestyle. I haven't really been healthy to my body and my body isn't liking it," he shared.

Ed Sheeran's weight loss would not also be possible if the singer has not spent much time in the gym. But more importantly he said it's his discipline to take fruit juices and raw vegetables as much as he can.

"I'm not losing it because I'm eating well and going to the gym, I've started green juices because I've realized that I go to restaurants and get a steak and chips and broccoli, and I'll eat the steak and chips and leave the broccoli," he said.

With his busy schedule due to constant tourings, people may wonder how he was able to stick to his diet regimen. Turns out, Ed hired a chef to prepare just healthy juices for him as he's on the go.

"I said to the guy that does the food on our tour, 'Can you just blend everything that I need?' And then I just down it," he shared.

On his recent Australian radio interview, according to NME, Ed Sheeran shared that he lost a whopping 56 lbs. The singer used to weigh 210 lbs. but has now dropped to 154 lbs. He also shared that he has also cut down pizza intake and beer on his tours.

"The main thing I cut out was eating after shows,I'd get off stage and eat a pizza. Now I eat before a show, play, go to bed," he explained.
