Tickets to the Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao fight will reportedly not be available to the public while the weigh-in will not be for free.

In less than two weeks, the fight of the century between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will happen and the weigh-in, which is scheduled a day before the fight, will not be for free, according to the International Business Times.

The site added that the Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao weigh-in will charge $10 to the fans who want to see the two fighters. The money will reportedly be donated to the charities chosen by Mayweather and Pacquiao.

"All of the money that is generated from the weigh-in, every dollar, is going to charity," said Brad Jacobs, the executive event producer of Top Rank, according to ESPN.

Jacobs also explained why the weigh-in will not be free.

"What we want to do was avoid the craziness you've seen at the Mayweather and Pacquiao weigh-ins where you have people sleeping out in front of the arena the night before and basically camping out," he said.

"We want to avoid that. We want some orderly fashion to it so people needed to have a ticket like a concert or a fight, so there's no reason for a big crowd to get there the night before," he added.

Furthermore, Tha Boxing Voice reported that ticket to the fight on May 2 at the MGM Grand Las Vegas might not be available to the public.

Chris Matcovich, a spokesman for aggregator TiqIQ said: "It was supposed to be three weeks ago, then two weeks, then this week, and my gut feeling is that they won't have that public sale."

Meanwhile, MGM Grand issued a statement to the buyers to be extra careful of people who are selling tickets because the official tickets are not yet available for purchase.
