Microsoft has released a Windows 10 Technical Preview build 10052 while AMD President revealed that the launch of the Windows 10 operating system will be in July.
According to TweakTown, AM president and CEO Lisa Su revealed that Windows 10 could launch in a few months.
"What we also factoring in is, with the Windows 10 launch at the end of July, we are watching the impact of that on the back-to-school season and expect that it might have a bit of a delay to the normal back-to-school season inventory build-up," Su was quoted as saying during a conference call.
As of this writing, Microsoft has not yet commented about it. But it was noted in March that Microsoft's Executive Vice President for Operating Systems Terry Myerson said that "Windows 10 will be available this summer to 190 countries and 111 languages", according to The Inquirer.
Meanwhile, on April 21, Microsoft released a Windows 10 Technical Preview build for phones and reportedly fixed a lot of significant issues.
On the Windows website, Gabe Aul wrote that they released a Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10052 for phones.
"This build is a minor update from the 10051 build that we released 11 days ago with several of the top issues Insiders fixed. There are no new features in this build, but it should be a much more usable day to day with these improvements," wrote Aul.
The Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10052 includes disabling data connections and a flight mode.
The new build also has fixed the issue where the viewfinder in the camera app gets composed incorrectly on some devices, like the Lumia 1020. It also addressed an issue wherein the user cannot download a keyboard for additional languages. The bug where the MMS setting of phones become lost after upgrading from build 9941 was also reportedly fixed.
