"IRIS 2" Lee Da Hae is unable to hid her tears after hearing news that Jang Hyuk is dead.
During the 6th episode of the KBS drama "IRIS 2" that aired February 28, NSS secret agents were featured doing everything they can to figure out whether Jang Hyuk is dead or alive after being shot in the head by IRIS.
In this episode, Lee Soo Jin (Yoon Joo Hee) is discovered to be a spy working undercover at NSS. Lee Soo Jin had used Chief Kang Cheol Hwan's (Kim Il Woo) identification card to track Jung Yoo Gun's (Jang Hyuk) location before he was shot. After figuring out about her real identity, NSS agents search her home where she admits to being a spy.
NSS agents ask Lee Soo Jin about the whereabouts of Jung Yoo Gun but she refuses to answer without a fight. Ji Soo Yeon (Lee Da Hae) becomes impatient and explodes with anger. Ji Soo Yeon resorts to shooting Lee Soo Jin in the leg to get the truth out of her. Lee Soo Jin just says, "Jung Yoo Gun is dead."
After hearing about Jung Yoo Gun's death from Lee Soo Jin, Ji Soo Yeon visits his home. At his place, Ji Soo Yeon begins to play back the memories they shared since childhood. She couldn't hide back the tears after thinking about the past that only contained happy moments.
Later on however, Ji Soo Yeon visits Baek San (Kim Young Cheol) where she is told, "If IRIS took him, it is because they need him. Jung Yoo Gun is alive" and made Ji Soo Yeon hopeful once again.
