Stassi Schroeder will not be returning in "Vanderpump Rules" season 4 after claiming she felt that she's been characterized as a mean girl on the Bravo reality show.

News about Stassi Schroeder leaving "Vanderpump Rules" first came to light on the reunion special of season 3. Many fans speculate that she's not actually leaving the show and just wanted to create some drama, adding that it was just a publicity stunt.

Schroeder, however, claimed that her exit is for real this time.

"There are so many things I've said as a joke, but they don't me laughing after," she told In Touch.

The "Amazing Race" reality star said that she feels bad on the fact that she has no control over the stories being edited and shown on air.

"We're putting ourselves out there to be judged. I don't want to do reality TV again. It's just not where my head's at anymore!" she revealed.

Stassi Schroeder said that instead of returning to "Vanderpump Rules" season 4, she would rather spend her time at home with his boyfriend Patrick Meagher.

Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpump was also quick to address Stassi Schroeder's allegations.

Speaking to Perez Hilton, Vanderpump said that "Vanderpump Rules" gave Schroeder several opportunities.

“A lot of nasty, negative things said about everybody else, including me, which I think is a shame really, at this point, because I think at SUR, they were like family, and I think we gave her some great opportunities. It’s a shame, but I guess people learn from their own mistakes," she said.

In her blog, Vanderpump also dissed Schroeder's alleged "nastiness" and "arrogance," a side which she claims she has never seen before.

“I actually have seen a different side of Stassi. I see that there is this kind of nastiness and arrogance that I may have overlooked before, and it doesn’t make me happy to see that side of her," she wrote.
