In the first hour, fans will see "Luapo'i (Prey)" (Episode 24). At 9:00 p.m. EST, "Five-0 investigates the murder of a bounty hunter who was killed after he apprehended a fugitive," according to an official TV Guide synopsis.

"Meanwhile, Rachel reveals a long-held secret to Danny that has serious ramifications," continues the synopsis for the penultimate episode of Season 5.

But wait, that's not all!

In the second and final hour of H50 Season 5, the explosive "A Make Kaua (Until We Die)" will air.

In Episode 25, which begins at 10:00 p.m. EST, "Season 5 ends with Five-0 learning that a stolen nuclear bomb is somewhere on the island and is about to be detonated."
