Brazilian mixed martial artist Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino is tired of hearing Ronda Rousey's name and reportedly wants to meet the UFC Bantamweight champion at 140 pounds.
Cris "Cyborg" Justino made an appearance on Friday's episode of UFC Tonight and said that she's a bit tired of hearing her rival Ronda Rousey's name.
"It's annoying," the Invicta FC featherweight champion joked to co-hosts Kenny Florian and Michael Bisping.
"I hear every day, Ronda Rousey, Ronda Rousey," she added.
The Brazilian mixed martial artist did concede that she still wants to go toe-to-toe with Rousey and wants to one day fight in the UFC. However, the UFC doesn't have a women's featherweight division right now, just 115 pounds strawweight and 135 pounds bantamweight, FOXSports noted.
In the past, Cyborg has said that she would endanger her health if she opts to move down to bantamweight. This past year, however, she finally dropped plans to make the drop to 135 pounds.
On May 1, Cyborg said that her upcoming bout will be at 145 pounds, but insisted that by working with a new nutrition coach, she believed making bantamweight is a possibility in the future.
"I'm excited. I want to make my fight at 135, one day," Justino said adding that she now has a professional nutrition guy, George Lockhart who has helped her to make 145 easier.
Justino added that she will try 100 percent to make this fight with Ronda Rousey happen.
Rousey too has spoken about her eagerness to fight Cyborg as long as it's a fair fight.
"I'm still the champion of the division. I'm still here and (Justino) can come fight me or not," Rousey said.
The UFC's most dominant female fighter blamed Justino for not coming to the Octagon saying that she can definitely make 135 pounds. Rowdy added that someone that cheats and makes things easier for them is always going to try and make things easier for themselves, according to MMAJunkie.
The reigning UFC Women's Bantamweight champion said Justino needs to learn that she's not always going to get advantages put in her favor, and she needs to do exactly what the other girls do. Rowdy suggests that she stop taking steroids and make weight.
Rousey also pointed out that people take steroids because they're insecure, and said, "I don't think her insecurity has gone away."
"Of course, I want to be champ one day in the UFC," the Chute Boxe fighter said, further adding that fighting Ronda Rousey is more important to her than winning a belt as she has a belt already.
"Let's go meet at 140 pounds," Justino said looking at the camera.
Cristiane Justino must fight at 135 pounds in Invicta before she receives her desired matchup with Ronda Rousey.
