Chris Soules And Whitney Bischoff Split: 'The Bachelor' Season 19 Couple Only Staying Together To Gain 'Dancing With The Stars' Votes?

Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff have allegedly called off their engagement. Several reports claimed that the couple have long ended their relationship and called it quits, but they are staying together only for publicity's sake.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, "The Bachelor" season 19 couple Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff's split was caused by his closeness with "Dancing with the Stars" partner Witney Carson. The website reported that Chris could not break up with her just yet, because he needed fans of "The Bachelor" to keep on voting for him.

It was also said that Chris' family have allegedly confirmed the breakup, citing that they have not seen Whitney ever since she won "The Bachelor." Chris' grandmother, who lives 20 minutes from his house, have never even meet his fiancé.

This is quite odd given that they have been engaged for more than six months. Fanning the flames further was the report that the grandmother also gushed about his "Dancing with the Stars" partner, saying that Chris and Witney will make such a great couple.

It did not help that Whitney has long returned to Chicago, leaving Chris and Witney to spend more time together.

"She (Whitney) actually went back to Chicago this weekend. She had some work things to get caught up on. And now [this process is] getting really intense. I'm not even existent to her, and she's missing friends and home," Chris said, via Radar Online.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Whitney Bischoff's family was not at all supportive of her being engaged with Chris Soules. Whitney's stepmother, Marsha Mudd, admitted that with all of the things happening, marriage might not be Whitney and Chris' main priority.

"We watched [her win his heart]. It was all over the media so you kind of know what's coming. We wish Whitney all the best," she said. "We'll see what comes down the plate. I'm absolutely rooting for them. I hope they can make it!"
