On Saturday, May 2, Victoria Beckham threw an extravagant bash for her hubby David's 40th birthday in Morocco, and pulled off what many thought was impossible - she reunited the Spice Girls.
In the wake of the British pop girl group celebrating two full decade since the release of their debut single "Wannabe" next year, strong rumors circulated suggesting a Spice Girls reunion.
Former Baby Spice, Emma Bunton, added fuel to the fire by hinting a Spice Girls 20th anniversary reunion so when Spice Girls got together this weekend, it was just too much too handle.
Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm and Emma Bunton joined Victoria Beckham for a special dinner in honor of the soccer stud's big day. Scary Spice Mel B wasn't there, but former Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria tagged along to become an honorary member, according to E! News.
Mel B was unable to attend the trip as she gears up for the upcoming season of "America's Got Talent," premiering this month.
"I'm the new Spice Girl! #LatinaSpice," Longoria wrote on WhoSay while posing with the girls.
The series of photos posted by Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria Posh, Sporty, Baby and Ginger Spice happily relived the Girl Power era.
In the photos, Victoria donned a long, black belted dress while Bunton, Halliwell and Chisholm are all clad in all white, People noted.
David Beckham, ofcourse looked thrilled to be surrounded by so many beautiful ladies.
While posing with David after dinner, Posh wrote "Special evening with family and friends." David replied, "Thanks to my beautiful wife for such an amazing day x"
The event even marked David Beckham's decision to finally join Instagram after all these years.
