"Grey's Anatomy" season 11 spoilers revealed that the forthcoming episode, episode 24 titled "Time Stops," will focus on Meredith's decision to pull Derek's life support. Could this be the end of their relationship?

According to "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 spoilers from Design & Trend, a confrontation will happen between Derek's sister Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). The former was not at all happy with Meredith's decision to pull her brother's life support. Meredith argued that there was nothing she could have done as Derek was already declared brain-dead. Amelia, however, was adamant that he could have been saved.

"I could have saved him," she said in the promo video. Amelia was also saddened that she was unable to say goodbye to her older sibling because of Meredith's seemingly rash decision.

"How could you do it? I didn't get to tell him goodbye because of you."

The confrontation might seem a bit odd to "Grey's Anatomy" viewers given that the two seemed to get along in the past episodes. Amelia was even seen warmly welcoming Meredith and her new daughter Ellis when they returned home. Probably, this episode is where Derek's death will truly sink in and she's taking it all out on Meredith.

Meanwhile, as everyone is trying to move on from Derek's early demise, something catastrophic will reportedly happen in Seattle. According to Christian Today, several leaked photos will come out via Twitter showing a "collapsed road or tunnel so it is possible that an earthquake or explosion could have injured and killed dozens if not hundreds of people."

Because of this catastrophe, the doctors would have to "put their emotions aside" and their grievances and get to work.
