The all-new May 14 installment of the mega-hit Shonda Rhimes series will serve as a continuation of this week's penultimate episode, in which the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are faced with a catastrophic event in Seattle.
"All hands are on deck when tragedy strikes" on next Thursday's "You're My Home," according to an official ABC press release.
In "You're My Home," Episode 25 of Season 11, "As the doctors continue to tackle an unfathomable crisis, they are reminded of what is important and brought closer together, on the season finale "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, MAY 14 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network," explains the ABC synopsis.
TV Guide has also released a synopsis for the upcoming episode, providing a different take on what's to come.
