Gionee Elife S7 Maldives Blue Version Now Available In China; Device Costs $402; Detailed Specs And Features Inside

The Gionee has launched the Elife S7 Maldives blue version in China.

The GSM Arena reported that the Gionee Elife S7 Maldives blue version is available in China for CNY 2,499, which is roughly around $402.

The Maldives blue version is another color variant of the Gionee Elife S7 while the upcoming device of a China-based smartphone manufacturer, the E8 flagship, might be released soon as it was certified by TENAA (Chinese equivalent to the FCC), according to Android Headlines

The Elife S7 has been announced by the company during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in January and specs wise, according to Gionee, the smartphone has a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED FHD display with a Generation III Corning Gorilla Glass that makes the "screen lighter, thinner and tougher" and also protects the device against scratches. Also, it has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 that translates into 424 ppi.

As for the design, the device comes with a U-shape microgroove design and the function keys and peripheral interface are enclosed in the microgroove. It measures 139.8 x 67.4 x 5.5mm and weighs 126 grams.

The Gionee Elife S7 is powered by an Octa-cores, 1.7 GHz, 64-bit Mali-T760 (ARM top graphics processor) and the said device offers quality performance.

In terms of camera, the smartphone has 13MP rear camera and 8MP front camera. Moreover, the Elife S7 comes with 4G LTE connectivity and offers dual-Sim.

The Gionee Elife S7 runs on Amigo 3.0, based on Android 5.0 operating system and has a 2700 mAh battery as it has an ATL high-density polymer lithium ion battery and a density as high as 595Wh/L to ensure the long battery service life.

In addition, the device has a battery saver, where it will be turned into dark-colored theme automatically once the battery of the handset is getting low. Also, when the battery is down to 10 percent, the company stated that it can still last the whole day.
