Did Anna Wintour just dissed Kim Kardashian?

Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief was reportedly furious at the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star for breaking the “no pictures” rule at the recent Met Gala. Kanye West’s wife was said to be intentionally left out of a long list of A-list celebrities mentioned on the cover of the special edition of the magazine.

According to Hollywood Life, Kim Kardashian posted several selfies on her Instagram page taken during the night of the Met Ball on May 4. This was in defiance to Anna Wintour's strict rule against bringing mobile phones at the event. The website pointed out that even Kendall Jenner's name was mentioned on the cover, together with Rihanna, Jennifer Lawrence Beyonce, Amal Clooney, Jennifer Lopez, Robert Pattinson and Lady Gaga.

"Anna is very aware of all the celebrities who ignored her request," a source revealed to VH1's The Gossip Table. "She does not know what she's going to do yet, but she's deciding."

The source added that Anna Wintour requested the celebrities to take the photos down within the next 24 hours or else they might not be invited back in 2016.

The reality star claimed that she is not breaking any rules by taking the selfies since she did not technically took them using her phone. She argued that she used Kanye's to take the photos.

Kim Kardashian and Anna Wintour have had a friendly relationship over the years. Together with Kanye West, the "KUWTK" star even graced Vogue's cover in 2014. Some, however, perceived that Kim's blatant disregard for rules in the Met Gala could put a strain on their friendship.

It has yet to be confirmed if Anna Wintour is taking it out on Kim by removing her name on the cover. After all, there were several celebrities who also broke the rule including Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Kerry Washington and even her younger sister Kendall who took a mirror selfie with her friends in the bathroom.
